This Baccarat wine coaster or decanter stand is made of 32% lead crystal and measures 5-3/8" or 135mm in diameter and weighs 14.2 ounces.  The inside of the coaster is approximately 4-3/8" across and has four ribbed risers on which a decanter would actually rest.  The bottom has a cut starburst rosace (a round and usually rose window with a symmetrical pattern most often seen in medieval churches) with 8 rays at the end of which are what, in the first picture, look like 16 circular disks but are actually small hexagons. The underside of the item has the encircled Baccarat-France trademark.  The coaster is used with a few scratches on the bottom but not chipped.
