Shipping and Handling

1. The shipping and handling fees to worldwide locations are        at a flat rate via airmail. Registered airmail is $2 extra.

2. Combined shipping is $3 off each additional item if all items
    are paid together within 7 days in a single payment

3. We ship between 1-5 business days for this item once
    payment is received in full. The estimated delivery time is
    around 7-14 business days but for some locations or during
    holiday season it may take longer

4. Italian buyers please pay EXTRA $2 for the first item.
    We ship to Italy via registered airmail only and it's extra $2.0
    per package

Return Policy

We offer no questions asked full refund including shipping and handling fees with below conditions:

1. The product must be returned in its original condition with all
    its original packing within 7 days after receiving

2. The refund will be made after we have received the product
    and verified the above conditions are met

3. We will charge you a $2.99 restocking fee for each returned
    item in order to reduce our lost

Communication

You will receive a winning notice right after you win an item. You will also receive a shipping notice within 5 days after you complete your payment. Both emails will be sent via Ebay messaging system. If you don't receive those emails please check your junk mail folder as they most likely end up there. We reply to emails normally within 24 hours. If you don't hear anything from us please verify that your email is working
