| Summary of My Selling Policies |
| Payment | PayPal is my preferred method of payment. I will also accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks. Absolutely no personal checks! Payment is expected within a few days of auction close.
Even if you are going to be mailing a payment, please complete the checkout. | | Fees | Shipping is charged at actual rates. There is a very small handling charge added to help out with the cost of mailing supplies. | | Shipping | Shipping is available to USA ONLY! The complaining about slow mail service and/or missing goods makes it a losing proposition for me to ship to any foreign countries. Both eBay and PayPal ignored my shipping terms and returned money to people to whom I had shipped in good faith. It has become a hopeless situation and who needs it? Available shipping options will be given to you on your invoice. You may be offered Priority Mail, First Class Mail (under 12 oz), or UPS.
It is important that all buyers use the eBay Checkout. The information then goes directly into my system and almost eliminates errors. | | Delivery | NOTE: "ASAP" means nothing to me. If you have a date certain by which you need to receive your order, please give me that date and I will tell you whether or not I can meet the deadline.
Most of the time, items going by USPS go out the second day after payment is received. UPS goes out three times a week. No shipments are made on the weekends. | | Refunds & Returns | NOTE: I can no longer afford to give refunds on uninsured shipments.
REFUNDS: The only method I use to issue refunds is through PayPal. Even if you pay by another method, if a refund is necessary it will be issued from PayPal. I pack very well, so if you receive a broken item in an insured shipment, you must save the item and the packaging in case the insurer wants to inspect it. If, on the other hand, you are unhappy with an item, you must contact me before returning it. Once we work out an agreement and I receive the item back, I will refund the price of the item, but NOT the shipping in either direction. | | Contact Me | The best way to contact me is via email. I check it many times throughout day and am usually able to respond to you within hours, or sometimes minutes. |
