The overall size of this panel is approx. 30 inches tall and 96 inches long.   It is cut from 3/16 thick Pickled and oiled steel plate which is 50% thicker than 10ga sheet metal that other suppliers use.  

 We only use P/O steel plate.  It is about 20% higher in cost than regular hot rolled steel plate but it produces a flatter, cleaner panel to be powder coated.  You can learn more on the benefits of having your panel cut from P/O by following this link.

Using P/O steel helps prevent the panel from being warped and twisted out of shape after cutting.

Our custom built CNC cutting machine was designed with the focus being on cutting these panels.  It has a water table underneath it which helps keep down the heat as the panel is being cut.  It also has a jet of water spraying just in front of the cutting head and just behind the cutting head to further reduce the build up of heat on the panel.  This again helps the panels stay flat.

The price listed for this panel includes the panel cut from 3/16 thick P/O steel plate, black powder coating and free shipping to the lower 48 states.  The free shipping on this panel is limited to a commercial location with a commercial address.  There must be a place where the panel can be easily unloaded.  There is an additional charge of $85 for a residential delivery.  This panel is too large to ship UPS so it has to be shipped through a freight line which charges the $85 for residential delivery.
