We feel buying from us helps save the earth, because if you buy from us you are in a sense recycling, because we don't replenish our stock, so there's no new manufacturing taking place. We buy many of our items in lots, sometimes we have brand new, remanufactured, or used. All valuable items are resold to wholesale buyers, end-use consumers and many are listed on Ebay. The rest is broken down and recycled by our small company. We thank you for supporting our efforts to save our beautiful planet. The items we sell in our auctions are sold as is. We try to research as much as possible about the products we sell, and offer reasonable prices. Although we are not experts in one particular area. We tell you what we know about our merchandise. On most items, if you are not happy with something, you may return it for a refund within 7 days of purchase date, items not eligible for a return will be clearly stated.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
SHIPPING/HANDLING Shipping and Handling times are variable depending on the size and difficulty of the item. Please understand that due to a large volume at times, we may take slightly longer on shipping. For large items it may take up to 10 business days to ship. For smaller items we usually ship within 5 business days. If you are in need of the item quickly, please let us know.
REFUNDS: Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any fees incurred when returning merchandise to us. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items returned after 7 days of purchase will be REPLACED ONLY (If we have additional stock). Items must be returned in original condition sent. All Items returned for refund that are not found to be defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
