I ship almost immediately after payment is sent except holidays and Sundays. I try very hard to get your package out fast. The only time your package won't go out right away is if you are still bidding and I offer to combine the shipments. I will leave positive feedback, I hope you will do the same. I have very reasonable shipping rates IF you request an invoice from me so that I can reduce shipping charges. The ebay invoice does NOT automatically do this as I do for 3 or more wins. So if you pay your invoices separately, you will not save and once its paid, I cannot change it. So if this is the way you choose to pay, PLEASE do not leave me low feedback marks on shipping charges. If you have a problem with the shipping, email me BEFORE paying, PLEASE. I am not really sure why I am now getting lower ratings on the shipping charges, and everything else is getting lower stars!?!?! I ship right out, EVERY item I sell IS as described, I don't know many sellers who communicate as much as I do! I have to pay a lot of shipping from Indonesia, I can raise my prices and lower shipping rates.....

I cannot guarantee international shipping, there is really NO way to track it or put delivery confirmation on it! While I have very little incidences where a package does not get to its destination, it happens and I can't replace your items, I wish it to be so, but..........

So international buyers bid at own risk. Just want you to be aware of this, as I do have regular international buyers and most get to where they are going within 2 or 3 weeks or a month or a year, if its one small item and I have extra, I will try to resend, when possible, it seems once a package gets to you, the second one arrives on time, who knows why!?!?! Yea, Ha! its out of my hands. I would LOVE to hand deliver them Ü Not today LOL



Many buyers simply don't understand the meaning of the ratings from which they now can choose on ebay feedback. Many view a 4 rating as a fine response, if they received the service they had hoped for. On a scale of 1 to 5, a 4 does seem like a good "grade." Its not! It's what they may give a seller, for example, if an item arrived on time and as expected. This means I can do everything right, and still not get that "wow" response many buyers save for a rating of 5. Also, because buyers have to give sellers four grades at once, they may feel uneasy about leaving all 5s, thinking they're not being discerning enough. So again, they may leave a 4 just to show they're really paying attention. From a seller's viewpoint, such grades are barely passing with ebays new rating system! Thanks, Cheers to 5 stars!

I really see no need to offer a return policy on my Beautiful beads but, If your item is damaged, I will try to replace it. BUT, if you ship an item back to me in a standard envelope with no packaging, no exchange will take place. The beads must be packed and protected.
