Bally Walk-In Freezer. Used for Ice Cream. Maintains Temp -25 degrees. Measures 20' x 40' x 12.5'. 4 inch panels. New Sliding Door and track: 6' x 8'. Never Used. Panel door with 3/4 exterior plywood over floor and diamond plate over plywood. New Fluorescent lighting.

Refrigeration 3- 71/2 HP. compressor. Only 2 compressors were used for the freezer. One was a back up. This box includes all piping, controls, freon and switches.

Box is an exterior box with self supporting interior seal. Box can be turned on for any potential buyer to check temperature with small deposit applied toward purchase price. Back up compressor needs to be replaced.

Freezer is over 15 years old and in excellent condition. We also have two new walk-in freezers that are larger than this one.
