This is a natural Bamboo Slit Drum has three tongues and muti-toned. A truly global instrument, it is 3 inches in diameter and ~20 inches long with a sealed surface. Use with any tipped mallet (not included) or add Agogo bells (not included) for a more versatile sound.
Because it is made from a natural material, expect some drums to have minor cracks along the surface as the bamboo adjusts to its climate. Bands or provided on either end of the drum to ensure that the tone stays consistent despite these minor drying cracks and the surface is lightly sealed against additional moisture.
