Combined Shipping and Handling Discount

• Combined S&H discount is given to buyer who purchases more than 1 item in SINGLE shipment.
• 10% off on total S&H is given to 2 or 3 items, 15% off on total S&H is given to 4 or items.
• We will not give out any extra discount unless your order is a bulk purchase (10+ items)

Payment Terms

• We accept Paypal(Verified), Visa, Master, money order/cashier's check.
• Please complete the payment within 7 days after the end of auction. If you need an extension, please feel free to let us know.
• Please contact us for details if you would like to use money order/cashier's check, we will not bear any responsibility if you send it to wrong place.

Shipping Policy

• If your country is not listed in the table, please provide us the shipping address for exact shipping rate.
• No compensation is payable in the event of delay of parcel item. Please choose Express Mail Service if you need it in hurry.
• If the parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, the buyer shall pay for the charges involved for the return of the undeliverable parcel and redelivery fee.
• We do not provide local pickup service.
• Item will be sent within 2 business days after the payment is completed.
• Insurance is optional, but we will not bear any responsibility for any item damage, lost or stolen if the buyer didn't pay for the insurance fee.

Tracking Parcel

• Customers can check the delivery status of their parcel by accessing www.hongkongpost.com or your local post office website. At present, tracking parcel through internet is confined to a group of destinations which will be expanded in time. Some of the countries only support online tracking for Express Mail Service at the moment.

Return & Refund Policy

Refund or Return can be made if and only if the following situations are satisfied:

• Buyer has paid for the shipping insurance.
• Non man-made damage
• Buyer has provided correct Shipping Address
• Buyer has filed the case with us within 3 days after the item is received.
• Buyer has provided sufficient photos which the damage is clearly shown.

*Please note that only merchandise credit will be refunded. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
