Your photo will be custom printed in a photo lab, from our improved high-resolution digital image, after we receive your payment. Modern professional archival methods and materials will be used. It will not be a laser print, not a printed poster, not an inkjet print (except 16x20 or larger sizes). 

Why buy this photo:  This photo would be a great gift for an Obama fan or history buff. It would complement any political or patriotic decor. It is ready to frame. It can be resold in a store (see "Wholesale lots" below). Or place it in an album or scrapbook. Our photos can be used in school reports, presentations, and displays. 

Custom processing:  We professionally enlarge your photo as soon as we receive your payment, usually within 24 hours. This means that you can choose an alternative size or finish (see below). We ship quickly, usually within 2 or 3 days. So, you must specify any alternatives when you pay.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. 

Size options:  The bid and/or Buy It Now prices shown are for one 5" x 7" photo that is ready to frame in a standard 5" x 7" frame (frame not included). However, you can substitute the 8" x 10" size at no additional charge. Be sure to make your request when you pay. Or, to substitute an even larger size, you can purchase an additional item titled "Upsize your photo or art to..." (click "Upsize a photo or art" in the menu to the left) or ask us to add the cost to your invoice before you pay.

Finish options:  Your photo will have a luster finish unless you request glossy when you pay. Glossy reflects glare from windows and bright lights but appears to be a bit sharper. Glossy also shows fingerprints more than luster.

Luster finish (dull, less glare):  Default finish
     16" x 20" and larger have a satin finish which is similar to luster.

Glossy finish (shiny, more glare, looks sharper):  Request when you pay
     Not available in 16" x 20" or larger sizes.

Border:  Your photo will have a minimum border. This means that there may be some white edges (less than 1/4 inch wide) outside the image so that you can display the maximum amount of the image in a typical frame that hides the edges of the print.

Quality:  This photo is professional grade. It is made using modern archival methods and will last for many years.

Packaging:  We ship 5" x 7" and 8" x 10" photos flat with a stiff board to prevent folding, in a sturdy envelope. Larger sizes are carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.

Shipping time:  Your photo can not be made until we receive your payment and your request for substitutions if any. However, we ship within 5 days after that. The time required by the postal services to deliver your photo depends on the shipping method you choose, customs, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping cost:  Ebay calculates your postage based on the total weight of all the items you order from QuaintCards. Photos with their protective wrappings average 4 oz. each. Then eBay adds $1.00 for the packaging materials. However, (see next paragraph)

Free shipping offer on additional items:  If you purchase two or more of our items together, we will gladly subtract all the weight from your postage except the heaviest item if you request this before you pay. (Your invoice may need to be adjusted manually by us.) Please click "Ask seller a question" or "Request total from seller" when you have finished purchasing items from QuaintCards. This way, postage will be free for all but the heaviest item on your invoice. Items already shipped do not qualify.

To get a free upsized photo, you must purchase at least one upsize. Your free item can not be a 16" x 20" nor larger photo. A lot counts as one item.
