MINT / 10: Absolutely perfect, no flaws or visible marks, Sealed. (No excuses)
NEAR MINT / 9 - 9.9: Near perfect but with very minor flaws, Unsealed but no visable marks at all on albums.
EXCELLENT/ 8 - 8.9 : Very minor amount of handling, age or surface wear. (Very clean, bright and presentable.)
VERY GOOD / 7 - 7.9 : More significant amounts of handling, age or surface wear. (Very displayable and collectible.)
Good / below 7: Album is playable but with noise/ sleeve does the job of protecting but not for display.
