For customers that purchased products directly from Sierra Circuit Repair, Inc. via the website, eBay, or telephone sales, customer may return defective or malfunctioning products to up to 30 days from the date of receipt for refund. This refund will not include any shipping or handling charges. If the products were purchased from SCR, Inc. under a written agreement or contract with SCR, Inc. there may be different terms for the return of products under said policy. To return products, call SCR, Inc. Sales Support (1-530-896-0490 or 1-800-951-9868) to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. Products must be returned to SCR, Inc. in their original packaging (or comparable packaging). This return policy is for defective or malfunctioning products only, if your product is returned for any other reason the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee and is responsible for original shipping fees as well as return shipping fees. |
