Packing Materials & Handling Fees:
Our packing materials include corrugated cardboard, packing paper, bubble wrap and foam. 99% of our
materials are brand new and your items are packed by our staff of professional shippers. Keep in mind that
most items do not come in their original packaging so we have to prepare them for shipment so that they
will not be damaged. Being a small independent company, these materials and time add up quickly.

Fuel Charges:
With gas prices being at an all time high, these charges are being passed down the line to consumers. Fuel
surcharges have increased the cost of shipping. We have no control over this.

Shipping & Insurance:
Please understand that we are not making any profit from shipping items. The cost of shipping is what
is charged to us by the carriers (FedEx, USPS). Insurance is automatically provided for the first $100 of
value. If your item is greater than $100, the insurance is an additional charge that we apply. The cost of
the insurance is minimal compared to the headache of fighting with the carriers regarding damaged items.

Customer Satisfaction:
Please consider the above conditions when leaving feedback and seller ratings. We strive to accurately
portray the items that we sell in order to make our buyers happy. We want the items to arrive safely and
refuse to settle for less than what we would wish to receive. Thanks for looking!

Buyer will pay Shipping and Handling Fees as indicated. If they are not indicated please contact us for a quote.
Please provide a physical address for shipping, as FEDEX will not deliver to a P.O. BOX.
Packages will be shipped with FedEx. Upon receiving your package inspect the box and merchandise for any damage. If damage is found please contact the carrier. Please note that the person receiving the merchandise must file the damage claim not the shipper.
Free local pickup. Pickup must be within 2 weeks or extra storage fees will apply.
International freight may be subject to additional fees above and beyond VAT and Duty taxes. It depends on your local airport and/or country and is your responsibility.

If you have a different mailing address than your billing address, or any special shipping instructions, please submit these in the Kyozou checkout system.
Payment is due within 7 days (including holidays and weekends) from the close of the auction – NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is no communication within 7 days, eBay will be contacted concerning legal action to follow.
