Payment

 

s   Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the auction end or the item will be re-listed. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.

s   I accept the following payment methods:

·   PayPal

o  If you paying with an eCheck via PayPal please allow 4 business days for the eCheck to clear. Your package will be mailed once the eCheck has cleared.

·   Money Order

·   Cashier’s Check

s   At this time, I do not accept personal checks.

 

Refunds/Returns

 

s   All auction sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products.

 

Communication

 

s   I check email frequently during the course of each day (except for weekends).  I do my best to answer all emails as quickly as possible. 

s   If you have not received a response to your message within 48 hours, please send me another quick note (it is possible that I did not receive your initial message). 

s   Also, don’t forget to check your spam folder for e-mailed responses (sometimes responses get marked as spam). 

 

Shipping and Handling

 

If you have any questions regarding the shipping and handling rates, please contact me PRIOR to purchasing multiple items!!!

 

s   All purchases will be mailed within 4 business days of receipt of payment. I do my best to mail purchases out immediately (within 1-2 days of payment being received).

s   All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise stated.

s   Shipping & Handling includes not only postage but also handling costs.  Handling charges can include, but are not limited to, packaging material, any additional documents related to the packages, transit time for mailing items, etc.

s   Bubble mailers and boxes are considered ‘parcels/packages’ and are subject to a higher postage rate.  All items will continue to be shipped in protective packaging to help to guarantee safe delivery.

 

Combined Shipping

s   I will gladly combine shipping & handling fees for multiple items purchased. 

s   Multiple items must be paid for in 1 transaction to receive combined shipping discount (multiple payments are not eligible for combined shipping rates).

s   The combined shipping rate varies due to items purchased – due to size, weight and packaging needs. 

 

Domestic Shipping and Handling

s   Both USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail mailing options include delivery confirmation.

s   Although insurance is optional, it is recommended as the seller will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items without it.

 

International Shipping and Handling

s   At this time, there is no tracking or insurance available for first class international mail.  I will only be able to provide the customs form ID number.

s   The contents and value of the package must be declared on the customs form.  The value is equal to the total purchase amount rounded to the nearest whole dollar.  

s   All fees required to receive shipment of this package (customs duties, taxes, tariffs, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer.
