Canada adds .50 cents to the USA shipping charges for the heaviest item, and then gets the same discount as US for any additional purchases.

Any additional Bare Minerals product auction wins pay only an additional .80 cents on shipping fees each when paid altogether using the heaviest item as first fee. You must pay on a combined invoice to get discount. Orders are printed for shipment after payment is made, so if you see more items you would like after you have already paid, please start a new invoice or order.  Items must be paid within 7 days to avoid a situation that may cause wrinkles and grey hair!

I run a Sales and Specials category in my ebay store so that my customers can get a deal sometimes on their favorite items. These items are the same items as regularly priced items unless otherwise noted in the first few lines of the listing. Everyone loves a sale, so check mine often!

I ship same day or next that cleared payment is received. Check my customer feedback and see that my customers are happy with my speedy delivery and product! Shipping insurance is suggested, as I don't replace lost shipments.  I use Paypal shipping which provides delivery confirmation.  This is not however a door to door tracking system.  This only confirms when item is recieved by the customer.  At this time, USPS only provides door to door tracking with Express Mail.  It is normal with First Class mail to not see any information on USPS.com for your package until the package is actually delivered.  Items that are undeliverable can take up to 3 weeks plus to get returned back to me so keep that in mind if you feel your item may be lost.  Also keep in mind, without postal insurance, USPS will not be liable for your shipment. To date, I have had no shipments actually lost, they have all turned up eventually, and most customers get their items in 1-5 days depending on where they are so the postal service is doing a pretty great job, this does not however guarantee that there won't be a shipment lost forever and insurance needed to back it up. I leave the insurance option up to you.  

I check my messages often through out the day and leave feedback within a few days after it is left for me signifying order is recieved and closed. I never miss doing a return feedback, rest assured. Please try to message me via ebay messaging if you feel you are about to leave negative or neutral feedback and see if perhaps your issue can be resolved without going that route.
