Our Warehouse is closed on Weekends and all Holidays. Warehouse hours are 8AM –5:30PM EST. Any backorders will be noted at this time.

All posted shipping fees are Actual Costs based on the shipping dimensions of the boxes, & INCLUDE an Insurance fee that is payable to our shipper. Once the order is shipped, the buyer will receive a tracking number by email if one is available.

We only ship inside the Continental USA (lower 48 states). Please ask for a quote to Alaska or Hawaii Before placing an order.

If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

 please keep your invoice and email us to obtain a return authorization number.

-Return unused in original packaging
-Return to warehouse within (30) days
-Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
-Enclose a brief letter of explanation
- Merchandise returned  will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.

-All returns must be prepaid; No COD’s accepted
