Condition of the cd's we sell varies so we use a condition status on the listings ie -
MINT = as new condition
VERY GOOD = not mint & a very miniscule mark
GOOD* = dont look new and may have some marks on the disc
MARKS* = scratch markings
*NB: ALL marked cd's are tested before we offer them for sale

Insurance / signed for packages :
If you would like to have your purchase sent via a recorded method please contact us prior to making your payment and we can advise you of the cost, this being advisable for higher value items .This way a signature is received on delivery of the parcel(s).
Proof of posting is obtained for ALL parcels dispatched.

Terms :-
Any extra fee's arising from International Customs are the responsibility of the buyer
Payment must be made within 7 days or we must be notified that payment has been posted, failure will have a UPI issued.
If you are not satisfied with you purchase upon receipt please let us know within 14 days and we will inform as to returning your purchase for a full refund.
If after reasonable time you have not received your purchase please let us know and we will look into its delay.
We aim to despatch your purchase within 24 hrs of your cleared payment being received - Monday / Friday .{Subject to national holidays}.
