This basket weaving kit includes 2 preassembled Appalachian style basket frames constructed with wild grapevine lashed together with royal palm splints. This is an easy to weave project suitable for beginners. The bundle of weavers shown with the frames are palm seed stems that become very flexible when soaked in water. Also shown is a picture, as example only, of a similar basket made with these types of supplies. Included in this basket kit: 2 basket frames, one with handle (6"W x 3"D x 5"Handle), and one without handle(7"W x 4"D) 1 bundle of  palm seed stems, weaving and soaking instructions, and some free samples of primitive weaving supplies. Each basket will be unique as the colors are naturally occurring and vary from kit to kit.
