CONDITION: Brand new, mint condition.  These are handpainted so there may be slight variations in coloring or shading.

 

COMBINED SHIPPING & INSURANCE : Check out our other auctions for similar items and the chance to reduce or combine shipping charges on multiple winning bids shipping at the same time. We cannot replace damaged items if they are not insured.   If you are purchasing multiple items and the shipping charges ebay gives you don't look right, please ask us to check for you.  We cannot refund shipping charges after payment is made.  Please note that we ship once a week.  If you have not received your purchase after two weeks from date of payment, please let us know.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping rates have increased again. We are trying to give our customers the best possible ways to have items shipped outside the continental USA. We now give several options for international shipping but please be aware that First Class shipping may take 3 - 4 weeks to arrive.

PAYMENT: Payment must be received within 7 days of auction's end.  Paypal is preferred but if you would prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, please email us for our phone number. Ebay no longer allows us to accept mailed payments.

REFUNDS: We only accept refunds if the item you receive is clearly not the item you purchased.  Sometimes mistakes happen and in these cases we will exchange items at no charge to the customer.  Return postage will be credited to the customer when we receive the item back in good condition.
