HOW IT WORKS________________________________________________________________________________________

1. There are 4 categories of drills. Pick the drills that you are going to perform from each category . The Interactive workout provides you with over 60 proven drills that will allow you to challenge yourself and track your performance everyday. |

2. The DVDs are also organized by categories. You will be able to pinpoint each drill that you have chosen for your workout, view an instructional diagram on how to successfully complete each drill, and watch a live demonstration. Unlike other instructional videos, the Interactive DVDs allow you to instantly jump to each drill with the click of a button. |

3. View your workout that you (or your coach) have chosen for that day. Each drill provides you with a description of how to perform the drill and a tracking sheet. Perform all of the drills that you have chosen for that day. |

4. After each drill, track your results on each drill's corresponding daily tracking sheet. Tracking your performance will help you commit to your goals, give you a sense of where you need to improve, and help motivate you to be the best basketball player that you can be. |
