I keep proof of shipment for all orders, if you are inquiring about an order PLEASE include your user ID and Item Number, use Ebay's Mail service -->> contact seller, located under the "MY EBAY" tab.... Be respectful and courteous as you would like to be treated...We reserve the right to cancel or end any transaction with unpleasant customers!

I give full refunds or exchanges for items where I make a mistake... In order to get a FULL refund or to exchange your item you must:
1) Return the items within 7 business days from the time that you notify me of a problem, OR email me a picture of the item in question so I can verify your claim, If you send the item back shipping costs will be reimbursed back to you via the method you paid when you purchased the item.
2) Item MUST be a mistake I made during printing... spelling, graphical error, distortion, etc. NOT because you FAILED to give correct customizing information.
3) I offer insurance...if not taken I am not responsible for lost Packages DO TO THE POST OFFICE.
I DO NOT SEND PROOFS OF ITEMS UNLESS IT IS A CUSTOM DESIGN THAT IS NOT LISTED AND ITEM MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE WE SEND PROOFS!
