This is my fourth bass, and I´m also the owner of an Ibanez SR3006SOL Prestige Series (Well, you know... the best and most expensive Ibanez bass on 2004), so you can imagine how high are my quality exigences. But when I take the Brice... that was love at first sight! I only had to make a quick set up and it was there sounding amazing through my Ampeg! "Kurt, I just wanted to e-mail you to let you know how satisfied I am with my bass. This is my first time to buy a bass and I was extremely surprised with what I recieved. The first thing I check on a guitar or bass is the feel of the switches and pots and I was pleasantly surprised to find that those on my bass did not feel cheap at all. The neck seemed perfect and the fret edges were as smooth as those on my MIA Stratocaster. I was expecting to have to adjust the truss rod and saddles, but amazingly all I had to do was tune up. The truss rod needed no adjustment and the intonation was dead on. The finish was very acceptable and was similar or better than the finish on American Fenders. Thank you for restoring my faith in "budget" instruments and proving that I don't need to spend close to $1000 to get a high quality instrument.
