EXCELLENT working condition means that the thumb bar works, the handle spins, the line guide goes back and forth and the spool turns with the handle. This means it has been checked out and runs smooth.... like butter!

GREAT working condition means that the thumb bar works, the handle spins, the line guide goes back and forth and the spool turns with the handle, and there is almost no noise.

GOOD working condition means that the thumb bar works, the handle spins, the line guide goes back and forth and the spool turns with the handle. There may be a light spool or gear noise. Drag may or may not have been checked. May have issues not easily noticed.

FAIR working condition means that the thumb bar may work, the handle spins, but might be stiff or rough, the line guide goes back and forth and the spool turns with the handle, but there may be noise. Probably needs work or some type of adjustment. May need parts.

NEEDS WORK condition could mean the handle won’t spin at all, the thumb bar sticks or there is a major gear issue. May need parts.

Packaging: All items are individually wrapped or secured with packaging material unless otherwise stated in the auction. Wholesale lots are usually not individually wrapped.

Shipping time frame:

Items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days

When I prepare your package for shipment, I will send you an email telling you when it will be shipped. Please make sure than your email reader doesn’t block us. Add our email address to your list: Berggren@flbb.net

ALSO, if you pay by ECHECK… please remember that I don’t ship until it clears! And it takes about 3 business days to clear. So if you’re impatient, please don’t pay with an echeck. If I mess up or have a family emergency and can’t mail your package within 3 business days (Very rare), or if I don’t get the email from Paypal regarding payment (even more rare) and takes more than 3 business days for me to ship… I will normally include a free item with your shipment. We normally ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you pay for an item at 1PM on Thursday, it will be shipped out on the following Tuesday, since I normally prepare packages to be shipped before my boys come home from school.

Feedback: We realize that feedback is an important part of ebay.  We do our feedback in batches, not one at a time.  This saves us valuable time. Please be patient.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please give us a chance to rectify the situation before you leave negative OR NEUTRAL feedback. SOMETHING DOESN’T LOOK RIGHT??? If what you’re seeing in the picture and what is stated in the description don’t match, please ASK a question PRIOR to bidding. Sometimes I forget to change something. I’m only human. (For example, if the picture shows a reel without a flipping switch, but the description says it has one – something is wrong… so ask. If the title says “Lot of 4 reels”, but the picture and the description but show only 3, ASK.

A bit of information on who we are and how we do business....

I am the only one operating this ebay business of mine. I have two boys in First Grade, a husband, a dog, a couple dozen cows, some goats and chickens and acres of grove to tend to along with this business. (Not to mention church and charities that we are involved in.) Please be patient with me. I don’t have lots of time to do this business and my time, as is yours, is very valuable. I am an honest person and will do my best to make sure that your transaction is a pleasant one.

Please do not call me unless it is an absolute emergency. I do not have 5000 anytime anywhere minutes, so I prefer you not call my cell phone, which is the number listed with ebay. This is an internet business and most questions or concerns can be handled through email. I do not mind at all receiving an email.
