General Policies
- We quote a typical 10 to 14 business days after payment has CLEARED for delivery.
- Items ship from warehouses across the country, depending on inventory levels.
- We generally ship FedEx ground for light items, but that isn't always the case.
ABOUT SHIPPING INSURANCE
- Shipping insurance prevents headaches.
- It applies when your package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment..
- If you have insurance, we ship another package immediately upon completed inspection.
- Otherwise, you must work with the shipping company.
We can not be held responsible for damage or loss when insurance is not purchased.
When shipping insurance is purchased and the item is lost, stolen or damaged, we will send you a new item immediately and we will file any necessary claims.
Because of the extra time involved, we unfortunately can not use third party shipping accounts. Also, these items ships from a distribution center. For insurance reasons, your item cannot be picked up.
Please allow 10-14 BUSINESS days after payment has CLEARED and (when appropriate) a completed Bill of Sale Agreement has been received by us to receive your shipment.

- Please include your auction number (10 digits, also known as the listing number or item number) on the check.

REGIONAL SHIPPING ONLY
- This item ships in the continental 48 states only, including to consignment companies inside this region.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.
- PLEASE DO NOT PLACE A BID UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEM SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL 48 STATES!
- Any bid placed in spite of this warning will be subject to auction fees and the auction will not be honored.
- WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS.
RETURNS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- All Auction Sales and Winning Bids are Final.
- Because we work on very low margins, we can not afford to accepts returns for any reason.
- Defective products or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or repaired at our option. Please contact us to arrange replacement.
TRACKING NUMBERS
- Feel free to call about a week after your order.
- Be sure to provide us with your customer number.
- We will be happy to issue tracking numbers if they have been provided to us.
- Paperwork is slow. We sometimes get tracking numbers after the item has arrived.
SALES TAX
- Depends on SHIPPING ADDRESS
- We must charge in CA and LA
- Everywhere else -- no tax.
We are required to charge sales tax to customers whose shipping address is in California or Louisiana. Please add sales tax in California (7.25 %) or Louisiana outside Lafayette parish (4.00 %). Inside Lafayette Parish, Louisiana (8.00 %).
NON PAYMENT
We reserve the right to sell any item for which we have not received payment for within 7 days of the end of the auction to the next highest bidder.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITIES
While we will try to help you in any way we can, be it by sending you an extra part or helping you contact the appropriate party, purchasers should know that all warranties and product claims are those made by and therefore backed by the items manufacturer. Any and all warranty issues and liability issues that may arise with any product purchased from LLFitness Inc, dba MassageKing-inc and/or its affiliates must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. While MassageKing-inc carries thousands of items, we do not make or manufacture any of them. In fact, even those items (if any) that might be represented or sold as an LLFitness owned brand such as MassageKing brand are either manufactured by someone else for us or are truly another brand that, due to price or advertising restrictions, we may be selling without naming the brand in order to be able to offer you our customer a lower retail price. Hence, ALL product claims and warranties are those of the manufacturer of the item, and any liabilities or issues rests solely with them. LLFitness Inc. dba MassageKing-inc makes no claims or warranties and accepts no liabilities with regards to any aspect of any of the items we sell including proper use, implied or physical performance, physical composition, construction, workmanship, or lack or failure thereof. Again, those are made and handled by the manufacturer. By purchasing any item from LLFitness Inc, dba MassageKing-inc, (or any other business operating name owned by LLFitness Inc), the purchaser and end user accept ALL liabilities and responsibilities for ANY aspect of an items proper use.
