The main components of the Bumblebee800 includes:

the Vest, a double shock absorber Arm and the anamorphic post.

These components work simultaneously to produce a finely tuned system of properly distributed

mass and balances with the center of gravity precisely placed above the floating gimbal handle assembly

 to achieve flawless dynamics.

Key Features
•  Support Vest
The lightweight and comfortable Support Vest can be adjusted to fit a wide range of operators. High endurance, offers a no-tools adjust, closed cell, EVA foam padding and integral T6 aluminum alloy, creates a vest which can hold and evenly distribute the weight of the Bumblebee800 system across the operator's shoulders, back and hips. For safety, quick-release high impact buckles allow the vest to be removed quickly.
•  Three-Axis Gimbal
A free floating, precision Gimbal, incorporating integrally shielded bearings, creates the super-smooth and pivotal connections between the front end of the Sock absorber Arm and the Camera Mounting Assembly. The Three-Axis Gimbal provides the operator with fingertip control over fluid tilting, panning and rolling. A locking mechanism allows the Gimbal to be placed at varying positions on the central support post. Moving the Gimbal effectively adjusts the system's center of gravity.
•  Shock absorber Arm
The double absorber Arm is designed to counteract the weight of the combined camera and Camera Mounting Assembly by employing high steel alloy springs, incorporates sophisticated engineering and precision machining to make it lightweight and strong. Four steel alloy springs allow the Arm to handle a camera load of 4 lbs up to 15,5 lbs. The arm may be boomed up and down, as well as pivoted in and out and side to side. It is the combined booming and pivoting action of the arm, which creates the shock absorption necessary for ultra-smooth camera movement and mobility. The spring force is field-adjustable to allow for varying camera weights. For safety, a dual-spring design is employed to reduce spring failure damage.
•  Anamorphic base (Sled)
The rugged and adjustable Camera Mounting Assembly (the Sled) is designed with a single telescoping center post which allows for vertical balance adjustment, as well as varying lens heights. The center post can be adjusted from 26" to 32". Also includes Lcd display for battery power, two lighter female plugs to power 12v devices such as Lcd monitors, a special case for a 12v, 3,4 Amh lead battery already included. The Camera micrometric sliding Plates have both 1/4" and 3/8" mounting slots (holes) to accommodate a variety of camera bases.
•  LCD Monitor Mount
An LCD Monitor can easily be attached to the quick release support using a 1/4? screw. You may also attach a CRT Monitor to the adjustable quick release plate.
•  Docking Bracket
Our new docking bracket, let you use it with most focus stands, and enable to rest the sled and the arm.
•  Micrometric sliding plates
A sliding micro positioning plate with a fine worm drive specially designed for Basson steady Systems, that require fine adjustments.
