Bat guano is one of the best fertilizers known to man. The Bracken Cave in central Texas is the largest bat colony in North America. Over 20 million Mexican freetailed bats roost in the summer,consuming up to a half million pounds of insects. Then the bat droppings fall to the bottom and are eaten by cave beetles,thus providing the final refinement. This results in fluffy product that is safe of disease,totally organic, and could be called "brown gold".
