Shipping is based on the actual weight of your entire purchase. My shipping charges include delivery confirmation for all US packages along with a small handling  fee.

I ship most items internationally using U.S.P.S. INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL flat rate envelopes or boxes.  I can also send international packages by USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL.  However FIRST CLASS MAIL & FLAT RATE ENVELOPES can take up to 4 weeks or longer for delivery AND insurance / tracking is NOT available. 

Please use EBAY email  for any questions and international shipping quotes prior to purchasing.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay all taxes, customs fees, duties and expenses associated  with shipping or receiving your purchase. These fees are not a part of the shipping charges you pay to me but something that is charged by your country's shipping service.
