Shipping is based on the actual weight of your entire purchase. My shipping charges include delivery confirmation for all US packages along with a small handling fee.
SHIPPING INSURANCE is offered thru USPS for US addresses. It is optional but recommended as I am not responsible for postal service errors, damage, delays or loss. I have no control over how USPS treats your package. If you are concerned with possible damage PURCHASE INSURANCE. If you purchase insurance and need to file a claim I will help YOU file the claim.

NOTICE: International Echecks can take 14 days to clear before the purchase will be sent. This is not my policy but Paypal's policy.
I ship most items internationally using U.S.P.S. INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL flat rate envelopes or boxes. I can also send international packages by USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL. However FIRST CLASS MAIL can take up to 4 weeks or longer for delivery AND insurance is NOT available.
