Wood bath decor bath plaque with three towel hooks. Wall mount. 12 3/4" x 7 5/8" x 2" thick. You can see in the second picture a tiny area that was missed in painting this bath hook, easily covered up and not very noticeable if left that way. Factory blem, new in box
