Shipping Policy
All of our shipping are included insurance for your protection.

All freight shipments are curbside delivery at carriers' normal business hours. Your item will be shipped out within 3-4 business days upon receipt of payment and contact phone number unless other notice. Shipment tracking number will be emailed to you when it becomes available. We ship via professional freight carriers to 48-states. Please email us your address (city and zip code) for rates to anywhere else. Sorry, no shipping to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or Military Addresses.

Please inspect all outside packages upon arrival. In case of shipping damage, please be sure note down ALL BIG or SMALL DAMAGES on delivery receipt (driver's copy) before signing and notify us immediately. Also, please email us with pictures of damaged item and boxes within 3 days. We will contact the carrier and start necessary steps towards resolution.

Return Policy
All sales, except open box items, come with a one-year manufacturer defective warranty, from the date you received the items. Within the warranty period, we will replace the defective item for you. In the event that a replacement is not available, a refund would be issued.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, please simply contact us and send it back within the first 7 days upon receipt for a refund, less shipping & handling.

All returns must be authorized by us with an issued reference number BEFORE shipping out. We accept only undamaged and unused items in original packaging. NO EXCEPTION!!!! To expedite your return process, please also provide your eBay ID and phone number with your returns. For your own protection, we HIGHLY suggest you to buy shipping insurance for any returns in case of damages or loss in transit.
