If an item you purchase from NEW LOOK PLUMBING does not meet your expectations, you can simply return or exchange it within 30 days from the day of purchase .Return Goods will not be accepted by NEW LOOK PLUMBING without prior written (email is ok ) notification by Customer . Authorized return of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking Charge.

Orders will ship through FedEx and can be tracked by the tracking number that we emailed to you.
