COMIC BOOK IS IN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFULAND NEAR PERFECT CONDITION.
STORED FLAT IN DARK PLACE WITH ONLY ONE MINOR THING TO NOTE.
On the front cover, lower left corner, there is a small crease that starts at the spine and is approx. 1/4" long. When looking at the back cover, lower right corner, same location, there is a crease and some minor corner damage. It appears that unfortunately it was hit on the corner while in storage.
