We do not accept money order or checks from buyers with no feedback history or negative feedback scores. We reserve the right to cancel bids or purchases from buyers with zero or negative feedbacks scores, or anyone who refuses to follow our policy.

Some items we list here are also sold in our retail store. We update our inventory daily to prevent selling anything that is out of stock. But on rare occasions, especially during the Halloween and Christmas season, our retail store may sell out an item the same day it is bid on Ebay. If this rare situation occurs, we will notify you by email within one business day of your purchase so you can decide whether to receive a full refund or wait for us to replace the item. Since we are an authorized retailer for this brand, we can usually get the replacement promptly. We will make every effort to fulfill your order. We are an authorized dealer for all the products we sale. We purchase our products new directly from the manufacturer. To keep costs down, all sales are final and we do not take returns or offer refunds. Please pay attention to any costume size or product details carefully before purchase. If a return is granted under special circumstances, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. A defective item may only be exchanged for the same item.
