Policies and Terms of Service:

QUESTIONS?  If you have any questions or desire more pictures, please email prior to bidding.  With all the different types of items we list, it is quite difficult to be experts on all. We have tried to describe the item to the best of our ability, and to point out any flaws that we notice. In the case of ratings – any ratings given are our own and do not necessarily reflect any applicable industry standards.  Any measurements are approximate.

PAYMENT:  Payment or eBay Checkout is required within 3 days of auction end. We accept most traditional forms of Payment.  If paying by PayPal, WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED ADDRESS LISTED WITH PAYPAL. If paying with an e-check, PayPal’s guidelines indicate to hold shipping the item, until the e-check clears.   If paying with a personal or business check, please expect a hold while your check clears.

SHIPPING:  WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING: If you would like to combine shipping charges on multiple auctions, when we can; they must be closing within 3 days of each other, and the items must be able to be packaged together, and must be paid with ONE payment. Please email prior to auction end if you anticipate multiple wins.  We reserve the right to upgrade or change shipping methods or carrier as need dictates. Delivery Confirmation and/or Tracking is included on all domestic shipments. Express and overnight shipping are available to most domestic destinations at additional cost.  APOs, AFOs, etc., - Please email for rates. Typically we ship daily, Monday through Friday. Our goal is that if payment is received by 9:00 AM local time, your item will ship out that day.  Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control, but your item will always ship within two business days of receiving payment.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:  Not all items can be shipped to all countries.  Please check your county's regulations prior to bidding.  Payment must be payable in U.S. Dollars.  Please understand, that there may be an import duty or tariff charged upon entry into the destination country.  The BUYER is responsible for this fee which is NOT included in the price or in the shipping and handling charges. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO MARK THE CUSTOMS FORM "GIFT" or otherwise falsify the form - for us to do so is a federal crime.

SALES TAX:  Residents of and shipping addresses to the State of Maine must also pay Maine State Sales Tax of 5% at checkout.

YOU MUST BE SATISFIED:  Your satisfaction is important to us.  We ask for positive feedback when your item arrives, we will also leave positive feedback.  We strive for 100% client and buyer satisfaction. Check out our Feedback! But stuff happens. If the item is not as described, or if we have made an error in the listing, you may of course return the item for full refund, including shipping and handling.
