- In the effort to provide you with greatest possible amount of knowledge regarding our items, we use extreme close ups. This does tend to over accentuate dust and minor flaws. Please make a note that our items almost always look much better in person.

- Items factory sealed 30, 40 or more years ago, will often come apart from their backings/ties due simply from age (not abuse). If this has occurred prior to our receiving the item, we will make note of this during the listing description. However, if it occurs during shipping/transit, the shipper WILL NOT reimburse and we CANNOT be held accountable for this occurrence and cannot take a return on the item.

- We realize our terms are somewhat long winded. Unfortunately, it is the 1% of bidders that cause 99% of our aggravation - and has made it necessary to spell every little thing out. If you are part of the 99%, you'll find us fair, extremely reasonable, and you'll appreciate the extremes we will go to to resolve any issues. However, if any of our terms are unacceptable to you, PLEASE DON'T BID/BUY.

PAYMENT

At L & L Collectables, customer convenience is a high priority. Feel free to pay with your credit card through PayPal, or if you prefer the personal touch, feel free to call us at (408) 998-5942. You may even email the credit card info (best practice is to break the data up into multiple emails). If snail mail is your preference, we take money orders and, even, personal checks (will hold up shipment for 7 - 10 business days).

All California residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax - unless you can provide a valid resale number.

If you decide to pay via PayPal, we will ONLY ship to shipping address listed on Paypal payment page.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed with Ebay.

SHIPPING - Domestic (Continental USA)

Buyer pays $5.40 shipping & insurance (required). (Contiguous US Only!)

Unfortunately, shipping costs have gone up tremendously in the last year, and we hate it, too. We do not try to make money on shipping nor do we charge any handling fees. We quote exact shipping costs.

Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground if within the contiguous US. Therefore, we will need a street address (no P.O. Box) for shipping. If you have need to ship to a P.O. Box, please contact us before you bid. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS (email for exact cost). For light, small, or inexpensive items, USPS Priority will be used.

Winning bidder is responsible for all shipping charges. OUr normal shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

For your protection, ALL items with sale price of $250.00 or greater will require signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is present to sign for the package.

DAMAGED ITEMS: We take great care to package every item in the best possible way to ensure safe shipment to you. In the unlikely event of damage, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving item. Please save all original packaging or claim cannot be filed. We will assist in the claims process any way possible. Note - USPS claims MUST be filed by the receiver. We do NOT issue any refunds on claims until the shipper has PAID the claim in full. If the shipper does not collect damaged item, it is at our discretion as to whether or not damaged item needs to be returned to us.

International (Non-U.S.) Buyers - PLEASE READ

Buyer pays EXACT shipping & insurance (required). All packages will be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail. We do not control the cost of shipping. If our quote seems high, it's because we take extra steps in packing to ensure your item arrives to you INTACT and in the same condition as it left here.

We REALLY love selling internationally. We've met many people through the years and many have become our dearest friends. Your business is important and valuable to us. BECAUSE OF THE EXTRAORDINARY AMOUNT OF TIME TO PROCESS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, WE MUST INSTITUTE A $10 HANDLING CHARGE for auctions ending under $50. Please do not bid, if you are unable to comply with this.

Items leave us very well packed and ready for travel (packed with bubble wrap and peanuts, and double boxed if necessary). In the unlikely event of breakage, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt and keep ALL packing material (or claim cannot be filed). We will be happy to assist in submitting damage claims. We cannot be held responsible for such loss or damage, and cannot personally reimburse any claims. Once claims process is finalized by the insurer, and if payment is made to us by insurer, we will reimburse buyer within 2 business days of insurer's payment clearing our bank.

RETURNS

L & L Collectables Return Policy:

It is our desire to provide strong customer satisfaction and a very positive experience for our customers. We do our best to present accurate, detailed information and photos about every item we sell. However, it is the responsibility of the bidder to carefully review all item photos and descriptions and ask appropriate questions. With this in mind, we do realize that differences of opinions can occur. We, too, tire of other sellers' 'you bought it, too bad' attitude. Therefore, we do offer unconditional returns. Here's specific return rules:

Please alert us that you wish to return the item. The item must be postmarked back to us within 5 days of receipt and in the exact condition it was sent out it. Refunds fall into the following categories:

Buy It Now or Fixed price purchases - 100% refund of bid price
Standard Auction - auction ending bid price less 15% restocking fee or $10 whichever is greater. We will, and have, refunded 100% of bid price if item was significantly not as described or has had a serious omission (at our discretion).
As-Is lots - sorry, these are special lots and we do NOT accept returns on these.

If a return is needed, the buyer must contact us by email at auction@landlcollectables.com or by phone at (408) 998-5942. Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Insurance is required and must cover the eBay final bid price.
