QUESTIONS - We value your communication. We spend hours each day on the computer and will often get to your question within hours or minutes. However, you should expect up to a few days for a response. SHIPPING - ALL SHIPMENTS WILL COME WITH ELECTRONIC DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TRACKING NUMBER. Tracking number will be e-mailed to you upon shipment. Be aware that the Postal Office often does not update their tracking info in the first day or two - you may receive your package the same day you receive an update. 90% of shipments use USPS First Class (2-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days).

Ocassionally we use FedEx or UPS Ground. We reserve the right to use the cheapest way possible so that we may continue to offer low rates. Allow up to 2-9 working days for delivery in 48 US states after payment is posted. Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii & APO should expect occasional postal delays; tracking information should help mitigate unforeseen delays. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods once item is shipped.

However, if insurance is purchased, we will take the proper procedures to make sure your purchase is covered. Needless to say, we highly encourage insurance. Should a problem arise, please contact us, and we will try our best to resolve all issues within reason.

Shipping cost is calculated by weight and distance and includes a small handling fee. Sometimes auction s&h fees are increased so that we can start auction at minimal prices. Thus, we are able to start and even end some auction listings at an occasional loss of profit. However, we hope that exposure will bring repeat business, combined purchases and referrals. We firmly believe we pass the savings on to you. If you believe s&h is excessive please do not enter into contract to purchase the item. When in doubt, add cost of item + s&h to find how your total cost of goods compares. We believe our rates are highly competitive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -  ALL PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS COME WITH ELECTRONIC CUSTOMS DECLARATION TRACKING NUMBER. Tracking number will be e-mailed to you upon shipment. Lighter packages will be shipped via First Class International but unfortunately, tracking number for this service is not available. We are not responsible for tariffs or taxes once item enters your country. For special requests, please contact me before purchase.
