• USPS First Class Mail International (FMI) is very slow and cheap and has NO tracking number. It generally takes between 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. However, sometimes FMI can take more time depending on your countrys Customs office. FMI does not include a tracking number, only a customs number that cannot be tracked online. We have many customers that question this and how long this service takes so please be aware. If your package has not arrived in 45 business days then please contact us.

• USPS Priority Mail International (PMI) is slightly faster than FMI and includes a tracking number to the USA border. It generally takes between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. Please Note: Global Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service. 95% of the time packages do arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. However, this is not a guaranteed time frame due to unknown customs delays. The tracking numer will track only to the USA border, and in some rare cases on your local postal website if your post office scans the package.

• USPS Express Mail International (EMI) is much faster than FMI and PMI and includes a tracking number to your door. It typically takes 8 days or less to arrive, but can also depend on customs office delays. However, this is not a guaranteed time frame due to unknown customs delays. We offer optional insurance for all packages that covers damage and loss during shipping.
