We try our best to answer your questions in a timely manner
and most of the time we respond in less than 4 hours. We are aware that the
communication problems between the seller and the buyer could be frustrating if
left unsolved. We would like to let you know that we will respond to all
after-sale questions based upon our knowledge.
If you asked a question and did not get any response in an
8-hour period, please try again, and if you still did not get any response in
the next 8 hours, it could be either that we did not receive your email
questions or you did not get our email answers. In this case, please check your
email server and/or your email address quotas and try again, and if you still do
not get any response, please call us at the contact number that is stored at
eBay. All calls should be based on an Item Number. For urgent cases, please
repeat this procedure in 4-hour intervals.

Warranty and
Guarantee
Warranty and Guarantee terms start from the purchase date.
Buyer will be responsible, if replacement warranty or money back guarantee
ceases due to late payment. If shipment takes more than 4 days starting from the
payment date, any delays will be deducted from the warranty and guarantee time
interval. Shipping/Handling/Insurance costs are not refundable. Buyer will be
responsible for returning back the supposedly defective item. Before returning
the item, please contact us to get an RMA#. If the item is found to be
defective, a replacement will be shipped, otherwise the same item will be
returned back.
Please be advised that in the event of a negative feedback
left for us with abandon and/or before giving us a chance to resolve any type of
issue related to our products or services, the above-mentioned warranty will be
rendered voided immediately.

US Shipping and
Payment Details
Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal (sales@sib-usa.com), Checks and Money Orders are the accepted payment methods. Purchases of
more than $200 require a confirmed shipping address for PayPal payments,
otherwise your payment may not be accepted and/or this may result in late
shipment. This policy serves to protect you against any possible identity theft
and/or fraudulent purchases through stolen cards. For money orders and check
payments, please make them payable to “Systems Integration Business Corp.” and
include your Item Number, User ID, Correct Name and Shipping Address on the
payment envelope.
Shipping Response Time: Same/next day shipment upon confirmation of your payment. (Note: Shipments for
PayPal payments with unconfirmed addresses may take longer.)
Shipping Notification: An e-mail will be sent to your eBay mail address upon shipment of your item.
(Note: if you do not receive this mail in 12 business hours upon payment, please
contact us to verify the status of your transaction.)
Shipping Destination: Shipping/Handling rates shown below in the Shipping and Payments detail section
apply to 50 US States, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses and other US
territories with a valid US zip code.
Shipping Address: For PayPal payments, there is only one shipping address section. Please include
your shipping address in this section correctly. Please include your confirmed
address to avoid any delays in shipment. Please do not include a second shipping
address in the notes section during payment, as it will be disregarded. For
Money Orders and Check Payments, please include your Item Number, User ID,
Correct Name and Shipping Address on the payment envelope.
Insurance: Insurance
is not offered for our shipments, our standard shipping and warranty policies
already cover the classical concepts. We store the delivery confirmation numbers
for every package we ship, and if USPS delivery records don’t show that the item
is delivered in 20 days after shipment, we consider it a lost item, and we
either refund your payment or ship a second item if available. We work faster
than any insurance company! If USPS database is showing that the package has
been delivered, we do not accept any responsibility for possibly lost packages.
If you receive the item as damaged, our warranty policy already covers the loss.
In this case, please contact us to get an RMA number for replacement. On the
other hand, USPS Shipments rarely take longer than expected, and in that case,
we do not want you to get stuck with the purchase you made, and offer full
refund including s/h if the shipment takes more than 8 days, upon returning back
the product without opening its package.
However, if you open the package, you will lose the full
refund option, but still be eligible for refund that is explained in the
warranty section.
(Note: As APO and FPO
addresses are not eligible for delivery confirmation, these shipments are not
eligible for the insurance considerations above, and we do not accept any
responsibility for lost item cases or delayed shipment cases for shipments to
these destinations.)
Sales Tax: NJ residents,
please add 7% for sales tax.
Item ‘Pickup’ is not acceptable for eBay sales. Please try
not to negotiate for this term.
International
Shipping and
Payment Details
Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal (sales@sib-usa.com) is the accepted payments methods for international
shipments. Money orders are only accepted from Canadian buyers. We may not
accept PayPal Payments for orders of more than $200, except for Canadian and UK
buyers if they supply their confirmed address as shipping address during
payment. For orders of more than $200, please choose Bidpay for the payment.
Note: We accept
international checks and money orders only from Canadian buyers, for the rest of
the world, we do not accept international checks or money orders, and please
note that these types of payments will not be processed if and when they are
sent to us.
Shipping Response Time: Same/next day shipment upon confirmation of your payment. We will send a
shipping notification email to your eBay mail address. If you do not receive
shipping notification in 3 days, please contact us.
Insurance and Shipping Rates: You can find the International shipment rates in the Seller’s payment
instructions payment section at the bottom of this listing. We have two types of
rates for international shipments, ‘insured’ and ‘uninsured’, applicable to 2
regions; Canada and the Rest of the World. Insured shipment rates are higher,
but they secure your investment in case of a lost item. If you choose the
uninsured shipment type and in the event that your item gets lost, we do not
accept any responsibility. If you choose an insured shipment type and in the
event that your item gets lost, a lost claim will be sent to USPS, and USPS will
resolve the case.
Non-Paying Bidders
- Payment must be received within 7 business days of the
auction close.
- We request you not to bid buy if you are not sure of
paying for it.
