Fans of the original 1970's series Battlestar Galactica will absolutely LOVE this DVD! I have fantastically fun, informative, and hilarious footage with....Richard Hatch (Apollo)...Anne Lockhart (Sheba)...Herb Jefferson Jr. ( Boomer)... Jack Stauffer (Bojay)...and Noah Hathaway (Boxey)!! FYI...Richard Hatch does have a recurring role on the new sci-fi channels Battlestar Galactica!
My interviews were all done between 1997 and 1999, except for Noah Hathaway who I interviewed October 2005. Noah's interview was shot in digital format. Now, for you tech-headed geeks, bear in mind this footage from the past was shot on S-VHS video, so It is not digital movie theatre quality. This disc is for your enjoyment for fun, info and entertainment, not to be laser blasted because it dosn't look like THX, know what I mean?! I have put all this footage onto one DVD.
Included is a very informative, fun, and laid back panel from 1997 with Richard, Anne, and Herb all together talking and answering questions for fans, as all were delighted I was video taping start to end!
I did 2 and 1/2 interviews with Richard Hatch. Yes...2 and 1/2...One with just Richard and myself, then...My interview with Jack Stauffer was going quite well until Richard Hatch threw a stuffed Koala bear on us from behind camera, then jumped in on our laps, I continued like that for some time, then finished the interview just like that! Hilarious!
These guest stars from the original show are very funny with me, and tell stories I am sure many fans have not heard before! Also, check out my current column called the Sci-Fi Scene out in this month's April issue of Autograph Magazine in Barnes and Noble now! Also, I do not feature any interviews I obtained during the 3 years I have been writing for the magazine as this is a conflict of interest with the celebrities!
Total tape is about 1 hour 40 minutes. This is indeed rare and unseen footage which any fan would jump in their Viper and traverse the stars to grab. You will be laughing and happy for yarns and yarns.....enjoy!
