If you don't have a measuring tape, just use a piece of string or a belt and after measuring yourself, just use a straight ruler to measure the string or belt.

BUST. Measure under the arms, around the fullest part of chest.
WAIST. Measure around the natural waistline.
HIPS. Measure around the fullest part of the body, usually at the top of legs, about 7-9" below natural waistline.
