• We ship to the billing address only which must be a residential or business address.

• We do not ship bikes with USPS so the shipping address couldn't be a P.O. Box address.

• We do not ship this auction items internationally.

　

1. We accept credit cards through Paypal. 
   
   　

2. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER AUCTION CLOSES.  
   
   　

3. If the payment has not been received 7 days after auction closes, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed. 
   
   　

4. local pickup is available for this item. The 9.75% sales tax and $15 handling fee will be applied to the auction item for local pickup. Currently, we do not ship ebay items internationally. 
   
   　

5. each Item will be shipped within 2 business days via ground Ground service upon receipt of certified funds. The Shipping cost listed is for the contiguous 48 United States only and is not refundable. because bikes are too large to be shipped with USPS, We do not ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. BOX address. 
   
   　

6. We only ship to a confirmed (billing) address which has to be shown in PayPal's transaction if you pay us through PayPal by using a credit card. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please feel free to contact us. We will be glad to help you. 
   
   　

7. It doesn't mean that the bike is fine if there is nothing wrong with the box. Sometimes, the bike will be damaged if the box is squeezed in shipping. Therefore, please open the box and check up the bike before you sign on the freight bill. Any damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the courier and have the courier note it on the freight bill. 
   　

8. Any damaged or missing parts found AFTER the courier leaves must be reported to our RMA Dep. ( rma@bikebuyers.com ) immediately within 48 hours. Please also email our RMA Dep. the pictures of the package and damaged part. Please note that the scratches caused in shipping couldn't be covered by the warranty.
   　

9. Any damaged part found AFTER the courier leaves must be returned to the manufacturer's service center in S. California for replacement. You may only send the damaged part in for replacement instead of the whole bike. The manufacturer will replace the damaged parts instead of the whole bike if replaceable parts damaged, such as wheel, shifter, derailleur, crank, seat, and fork. any returned shipping cost is on purchaser's cost.
   　

10. We will send you a new part for replacement if it's a small part and the damage could be identified by pictures. If not, the damaged part must be returned for replacement.
    　

11. We will provide the replacement part but the warranty will not cover the labor or any related cost.
    　

12. Please do not return any part without receiving instructions. If an item is to be returned for replacement, you must first receive our instructions or a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
    　

13. FOR COMPLETE BICYCLES, most OF THE MAJOR PARTS SUCH AS FRAME, FORK, CRANK, CHAIN, REAR WHEEL, AND DERAILLEUR HAVE BEEN PREASSEMBLED BUT PARTIALLY ASSEMBLY AND SOME MINOR ADJUSTMENTS ARE STILL REQUIRED. FOR SAFETY REASON, PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY IS RECOMMENDED. THE LABOR AND ANY RELATED CHARGES ARE ON PURCHASER'S COST.
    　

14. The manufacturer's warranty:

    A. Sixty-days against frame failure.

    B. Thirty-days against parts failure. The manufacturer will replace any parts fails during warranty period. The both way shipping fees will not be covered by the warranty.

    C. Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. You will be responsible for labor and shipping costs associated with warranty replacements.

     

　

15. Items not covered by warranty after the sale:

     

    A. Any scratches or dents CAUSED IN SHIPPING to frame or any part.

    B. Rips in seat material.

    C. Flat tires.

    D. Missing nuts or bolts.

    E. Gear or brake adjustment.

    F. Any alteration made or aftermarket part installed on bike by customer.

    G. Wear and tear to bike, tires or components.

    H. Damage as a result of any bike accident.

    I. The manufacturer does not warranty frames, forks or parts damaged from use, misuse, crashing, racing, jumping, stunt riding, improper maintenance, neglect etc.

 

16. we reserve the right to reject bids from bidders with an excess number of negative feedbacks in their feedback profiles.
    　

17. the sale is considered final and non refundable OR EXCHANGEABLE.
    　

18. Known liability insurance arranged by manufacturers.
