Communication: We answer emails during normal business hours (9-5 E.S.T. Mon-Fri.) & sometimes on the weekend. If you feel we did not communicate with you effectively please check your junk folder or spam filter. Our responses might not have gotten through. While email is a great tool it is not 100% fool proof. Please note also: If you email us on a Friday or over the weekend you might NOT get a response until Monday. We do try to take Saturday & Sunday off to spend time with our family. Please understand we are a small family run business not a big business with the money to hire somebody to answer emails on the weekend! We also take ALL national holidays off

If you purchase two or more pictures we offer you a shipping discount. You will pay shipping on the largest item and then only $2.00 for each addtional item.

OUR PRINTS & FRAMES:
All frames are made from solid wood or MDF wrapped material, and expertly crafted. Your custom finished frame will come with a hanger already attached to the back and will be ready to hang. All frames have glass protecting the print. Our colored frames have wood grain showing around the edges where it has been sanded. Check our auction and store listings to view our new Black MDF wrapped frame choice. This frame measures 1 3/4 inches wide and is a sophisticated choice for many of our prints.
All of the prints are new and purchased directly from the licenses who distributes them. The prints we carry are premium lithographs and are printed on high quality acid free paper.

We use professional packaging to protect your art during shipping. If for any reason your order arrives damaged from FedEx, please contact us immediately and we will replace your item at no cost.
