Up for auction is a fine vintage Kodiak Recurve Bow, crafted by Bear Archery Company. This bow is in very good condition and will grant you all the bulls-eyes you can fire!
This bow is expertly crafted of the finest material, bearing all original identifying marks from its maker: Bear Archery. This is the Kodiak model, marked for a 60” string (unstrung, it measures 56.75”). It has a medium draw weight at 45 lbs.
This is a Right-Handed bow, gripped with the left and drawn with the right.
The front and back are laminated with handsome green color, while the wood itself is richly stained to bring out the vivid grain. The Bear symbol and the felt on the rest are in great condition, and the bow shows minimal signs of use. Marked by hand 526005 60” 45#, there is no mistaking the quality of this bow. The string is also in excellent condition. The arrow rest and side pad are new replacements. The green laminate on the face of the limbs and the tips have some light scratches, but nothing that takes away from the beauty of this fine bow.
