Welcome and thanks for looking.  This is a very nice Barbara Isenberg Design 21" 'Twas The Night Before Christmas Bear by North American Bear Co., VIB 1989.   It is in very good condition, but does have a small dirty spot on his face and a few spots on his jacket from sitting around.  I have not tried to clean it off.  I think soap and water will get it out.   He has a hang tag and a tag on his right hand that is numbered 7918 of 8000.  He is wearing a white cordaroy and fur jacket and hat, vynol and fur boots, a silver and gold belt, a fake beard and is holding a bag with a bear and a candy cane in it.  I will be listing more bears and would be happy to combine shipping.
