Description:
* Exact age unknown but most likely built in 1915
* Very well maintained
* Electric lights
* Measures 36" x 30" x 45", 1 inch = 1 foot
* Both sides open to reveal four rooms, eight rooms in total
* Roof lifts up on both sides to reveal attic

Included with dollhouse:
* Antique furniture -- some in good condition, some needs repair
* Antique china dolls
* Seasonal decorations such as Christmas tree with presents and Santa for chimney
