The style of this pottery- with its distinctive and beautiful glazing technique- is very familiar- yet I cant quite put a name to the maker- and besides the tray is unmarked? if you know please email! Made from a fine white porcelain, the tray is slip cast with the 3 ducks added later. This is NOT an ashtray- which adds immensely to its appeal as far as I'm concerned. Possibly a pin dish or change tray- or indeed a general purpose decorative object. Something for the Duck collectors! Or indeed for anyone who appreciates European antique ceramics. Perfect condition- no chipping, nor cracks.
