My willingness to sell this timeshare for such a low price is absolutely not a reflection on the quality of the resort. We are simply overloaded with inventory and need to move some out. Situated in one of Mexico's most popular vacation destinations, this magnificent resort is located in the mystical desert landscape of the Baja Peninsula. Surrounding the resort are golf courses that will challenge any handicap, or you can explore the peninsula, known for its beauty and endless photographic opportunities. You can stay at the resort and enjoy being pampered on the luxurious grounds, or venture out to any number of activities nearby including Waterskiing, Windsurfing, Scuba Diving, Boating, Fishing, Golf, Tennis or Horseback Riding.
 About The Condo...
This magnificently appointed vacation home is in the resort's “Floating” system, which means that each year you may be assigned a different unit, but you will always be able to reserve at the very least a one bedroom "Luxury Suite." These beautiful vacation condos are nicely equipped with a kitchen, bath, and balcony. The whole family (up to six people) will be very comfortable in this luxurious 853 square foot accommodations. Each unit is professionally decorated and fully appointed with all the amenities of home to make your stay memorable including all kitchenware, towels, linens, etc. All you will need to do is show up and enjoy.
 About the Week...
The week is also in the resort's "Floating" system, which simply means that you can call the resort each year and choose the week that suits you best for that year….ANY WEEK except Christmas, New Year's, or Holy Week. Once you reserve your week you can use it yourself or you can trade your PRIME RED week for one of over 4,600 resorts in the RCI Exchange System (code is 8463) or Interval International (code is HYP). The trading power is really excellent as this area is very popular year round. The week has had an excellent trading history for places like Orlando, Bahamas, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Lake Tahoe, South Padre Island, Italy, and many others. The maintenance and taxes total $834, which is a real bargain for a full week’s vacation on the Baja Peninsula.

Most timeshares go through a relatively simple yet lengthy process in order to transfer ownership, just like any other real estate transaction. While the closing company we use is the best and fastest in the industry (in many cases completing the transfer in just a matter of weeks), no one can control the resort’s management company and the time they may take to complete their portion of the process. Therefore, the purchaser of this timeshare must understand that the transfer of ownership into their name may take at least sixty days or even longer. If you do not understand this or are the impatient type, please DO NOT BID on this item. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is pretty simple and straight forward. We go to great lengths to make sure that our auctions are correct. We go thru an Estoppel process which means that we double check our information by getting the resort or the resort management to confirm our information in writing. But even with all that effort sometimes the information is wrong thru no fault of our own. With that said, please know that if you find that we described the item incorrectly we will offer you a full refund and take back the item.
More Details
There is no mortgage on this timeshare. Maintenance and taxes are up to date. This ownership expires in 2025.
The purchaser will begin ownership with the 2010 week, and will be responsible for the 2010 maintenance fees, which will be billed at the close of the auction.
Please note that the pictures you see in this auction are of a "typical" unit. They were supplied by the resort itself or one of the exchange companies. If you need more detailed information please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to tell you anything we can, however please do so BEFORE you bid. We would hate for you to win the auction only to find out later that there was a question you didn’t ask, thus making you back out of the transaction. eBay does not look kindly on bidders who don’t follow thru with their promises, and we follow eBay’s rules on reporting “Non-paying bidders”. Please check out their “Three-strikes-and-your-out” rule as they’ve gotten pretty strict on enforcing it these days.

The closing of this transaction will be handled by a professional closing company with many years of experience in the transfer of resale timeshares. This company is an “Accredited” member of the Better Business Bureau, with an A+ rating. Their price for closing is quite reasonable and very competitive. We use this firm ONLY. Why? Because we’ve tried several over the years and most have disappointed us (and our customers) one way or another. This company is fast, thorough, and responsive. And in the rare case that they make an error they admit it, and fix it. Please don’t ask us to close this transaction any other way because we will not be able to accommodate you. The cost to the purchaser will be $0. This price will include all closing costs including document preparation, priority mailings, and all county, state, and municipal transfer taxes and recording fees. They will even register the new ownership documents with the resort on behalf of the new owner.
