I am Sister Luke Panteleimon of the Cloistered Heart Myrrhbearers, an Ecumenical order. I am a Religious Sister, I live and work in the world, as opposed to a Nun who lives in Cloister, though the word Nun is loosely used to refer to both. I like to think I am a true Ecumenical, and enjoy attending worship services of many kinds, though I am completely devoted to the Orthodox way, a member of the Antiochian Catholic Church in America, and a tonsured Reader in formation for Holy Orders. I work towards being a living bridge. As with Cloistered Sisters, our first Call is to Minister to God through worship and prayer. Because of my recent poor health, and the transition from the Episcopal to the Orthodox faith, my outreach ministry at this time is in a bit of a flux, with most of my attention being put toward education. We also support some internet ministries, like Orthodox TV. I am also a member of the Order of St. Luke, an Ecumenical healing order. I am disabled with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis, with many associated complications, so sometimes get a little behind on messages, or make errors in listings, so I thank you for your patience with me.
