I'm not sure the age of this necklace. It is a beautiful GF mounting holding an oblong shell cameo of the bust of a woman. On close examination, she has her hair up with a flower at the nape of her neck. It is finely detailed. The cameo measures 3/4" top to bottom and just over 1/2" side to side. The entire mounting measures 1 1/2" top to bottom and 1 1/2" side to side at the widest point. It appears to be handmade. It is marked on the reverse on one bar of the mounting 120 14K GF RECORD (as best I can determine). I do not know if the chain is original to the piece. It is a very pretty piece. Shipping every Saturday after receipt of payment. Recommend optional postal insurance.
