I believe this is a Beam Bottle, although I'm not positive. It has a KY liquor # on the bottom. It is depicting Frederic Remington's "The Scout". Frederic Remington was an acclaimed artist of western landscapes in the early 20th century. It is 10 1/4" tall and 5 1/2" at it's widest point. It is in excellant condition.
